Installer Partnerships

Exclusive homeowner introductions for accredited installers

Last updated: 13 August 2026

We are an independent energy-grants guide. Homeowners find us through organic search, check what they qualify for, and ask to be put in touch with an installer. We qualify every enquiry at source, then make a single introduction — one homeowner, one installer, under a signed data-sharing agreement.

Apply to partner with us

Genuinely exclusive

One introduction goes to one installer. We do not re-share an enquiry with a second business, and we do not run an open bidding pool. You are not racing three other firms to the phone.

Consent evidence on every record

Each introduction carries a timestamped record of what the homeowner agreed to, the wording they saw and the version of the consent notice. You get the audit trail, not just a phone number.

Organic origin

Enquiries come from people searching for grant information and reading a guide before they ask for help — not from bought lists, co-registration paths or incentivised competition entries.

Replacement policy

Flag a dead number, an unreachable contact, a duplicate or an introduction outside your agreed area within 7 days and we replace it. Bad contact details are our problem to fix, not yours to absorb.

How the partnership works

Three steps from first conversation to a weekly feed of introductions

1

Apply

Tell us your accreditations, the work you want and the areas you cover. We check your MCS or TrustMark registration and confirm you can service the volume you are asking for.

2

Data-sharing agreement

We sign a written data-sharing agreement covering purpose, retention, security, exclusivity and the replacement policy. Nothing is shared with you before it is signed.

3

Weekly feed

Matching introductions are released to you on an agreed weekly cadence, filtered to your accreditations and coverage area, with the qualification detail and consent record attached.

The introduction routes

Around 270 homeowner enquiries reach us in a typical week across the routes below. Weekly figures are indicative, not guaranteed — real volume moves with search demand, season and scheme changes.

Funded retrofit
England
150–200 a weekIndicative, not guaranteed

Our largest route. Households checking eligibility for ECO4, the Great British Insulation Scheme and Warm Homes local grants, screened on benefits status and EPC band before they reach you.

Qualification captured
  • Postcode
  • EPC band
  • Benefits status
  • Tenure (owner, tenant or landlord)
  • Heating fuel
  • Timestamped consent record
Oil & LPG heat pump
Off-gas · time-limited window
8–15 a weekIndicative, not guaranteed

Off-gas households on oil or LPG looking at an air source heat pump. The enhanced Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant of up to £9,000 for these homes runs to 31 March 2027, so this route has a defined window.

Qualification captured
  • Postcode
  • EPC band
  • Tenure
  • Heating fuel (oil or LPG confirmed)
  • Property type
  • Timestamped consent record
Boiler
England & Wales
12–20 a weekIndicative, not guaranteed

Homeowners with a failing or ageing boiler, split between those testing grant eligibility for a funded replacement and those ready to pay for a straight swap.

Qualification captured
  • Postcode
  • Benefits status
  • Tenure
  • Heating fuel
  • Current boiler age or condition
  • Timestamped consent record
Able-to-pay solar
UK-wide
8–12 a weekIndicative, not guaranteed

Owner-occupiers researching solar PV and battery storage on a commercial basis rather than a funded one. No benefits screen applies here — these are self-funding buyers comparing quotes.

Qualification captured
  • Postcode
  • EPC band
  • Tenure (owner-occupier)
  • Property type and roof context
  • Battery interest
  • Timestamped consent record
Funded retrofit
Scotland
10–15 a weekIndicative, not guaranteed

Scottish households checking eligibility for devolved funded support alongside UK-wide schemes. Useful if you hold Scottish coverage and the accreditations to match.

Qualification captured
  • Postcode
  • EPC band
  • Benefits status
  • Tenure
  • Heating fuel
  • Timestamped consent record
Funded retrofit
Wales
Smaller, steady flowIndicative, not guaranteed

A lower-volume but consistent Welsh route. We do not quote a weekly band here because the numbers are small enough that a single quiet week would make any band misleading.

Qualification captured
  • Postcode
  • EPC band
  • Benefits status
  • Tenure
  • Heating fuel
  • Timestamped consent record
EV chargepoints
UK-wide
Smaller, steady flowIndicative, not guaranteed

Householders, flat owners, renters and landlords looking at home chargepoint installation, including those checking the £500-per-socket grant routes. Lower volume, and we would rather say so than invent a band.

Qualification captured
  • Postcode
  • Tenure and property type
  • Off-street parking status
  • Landlord permission status where relevant
  • Socket count wanted
  • Timestamped consent record

Routes are matched to your accreditations and coverage area — most partners take one or two, not all seven. Commercial terms are agreed in writing before anything is shared, and there are no prices on this page for that reason.

How we handle homeowner data

Every introduction we make fulfils a request the homeowner made themselves, and it happens under a signed data-sharing agreement. We are not a data marketplace and we do not operate as one.

  • The homeowner asked An introduction only happens because the homeowner asked to be put in touch with an installer. We are acting on their request, not selling access to them.
  • Signed agreement first No personal data reaches a partner before a data-sharing agreement is signed, covering purpose, retention, security and deletion.
  • One buyer, ever An introduction is shared with a single installer. It is never re-shared, resold, syndicated or added to a pool.
  • No bulk data sales We do not sell lists, we do not licence our database, and we do not broker personal data to third parties.
  • Evidence travels with the record The consent wording, version and timestamp are attached to every introduction so you can evidence lawful basis in your own compliance checks.
  • Withdrawal is honoured If a homeowner withdraws consent or asks to be suppressed, we act on it and expect partners to do the same.
